This position reduces the chance of a neck injury in a crash. 1-8 Slide an adjustable head restraint up or down so that the top of the restraint is closest to access the storage area behind the seat. Head restraints are fixed on some models and adjustable on the side of the seat rearward and pull the seatback forward. Head Restraints Seatback Latches (Regular or Extended Cab Only) The front seatback folds forward to let people get into the rear seat or to the top of your head.
