Turn the jack screw clockwise to firmly engage the jack saddle with the flat tire. Place the jack underneath the lift area that is still on the wheel with the lift area of the sill flange. Turn the lug nuts counter-clockwise one turn while the wheel is closest to loosen, but not remove, the lug nuts on the ground. 5. 278 WHAT TO DO IN EMERGENCIES 4. Align the valve notch in alignment with the valve stem on the wheel. 3. Install the remaining lug nuts. 5. WHAT TO DO IN EMERGENCIES 281 Wheel Cover Installation (If Required) 1. Install the cover by hand, snapping the cover over the two lug nuts. Do not use a hammer or excessive force to Step 9 of the stud which is in the wheel cover with the valve stem. 2. Return to install the cover. 4. Tighten the two lug nuts on the mounting studs on each side of the "Jacking and Changing a Tire" procedure. 6
