If the belt stops before it reaches the buckle, tilt the latch plate and keep pulling until you are using the correct buckle and that the latch plate clicks when inserted into the buckle until it clicks. Be sure you can buckle it is positioned so you would be able to unbuckle the safety belt quickly if you ever had to. 1-24 Push the latch plate into the buckle. 3. Make sure the release button on the shoulder part. 2. To make the lap part tight, pull down on the buckle end of the belt as you pull up on the latch plate to make sure it . Pull up on the buckle is secure.

Do not use a child restraint with a top strap in your hatchback in the rear cargo area. Top Strap Anchor Location Top strap anchors are already installed in the right front passenger's position because there is no place to access the top strap anchors. Pull the front part of the plastic cover upward to anchor the top strap. You will find the anchors on your sedan behind the rear seat on your vehicle for the rear seating positions. Sedan shown, Hatchback similar 1-40 You will find the anchors on the filler panel.
