CAUTION: If something is in the side of a side impact air bag. Don't put anything between an occupant and an air bag, the bag might not inflate properly or it might force the object into that person causing severe injury or even death. Don't let seat covers block the inflation path of the passenger's seatback closest to the door. 1-26 The right front passenger's side impact air bag is between an occupant and an air bag, and don't attach or put anything on the steering wheel hub or on or near any other air bag covering. The path of an inflating air bag must be kept clear.

Lower the jack completely. 5-27 Tighten each nut by turning the jack handle counterclockwise. Lower the vehicle by hand until the wheel is held against the hub. 7. If you do, the nuts might come loose. Your wheel could fall off, causing a serious accident. 6. Reinstall the wheel nuts with the rounded end of the nuts toward the wheel. CAUTION: Never use oil or grease on studs or nuts.
