Parking Over Things That Burn 5. While applying the brakes, shift the transaxle from PARK (P) as needed. 6. CAUTION: Things that can burn could touch hot exhaust parts under your vehicle and ignite. 4. Reinstall the shift lock release hole cover and the rubber mat.
