You can remove the radiator pressure cap when the cooling system, including the radiator pressure cap and upper radiator hose, is still some presswe lek. Turn the pressure cap S ~ O W ~ Y counterdockwise until it f i s t stops. (Don't press down while turning the pressure cap) If you h e z a hiss, wait for ahat to stop.
