I Have A Conair Gel/lather Machine That My Daughter Bought Over A Year Ago,and I
I have a Conair lather/gel machine that my daughter purchased for me and it is not giving me hot/warm lather,even after a year of use.Does the heating element go out in this period of time,or can I get this replaced at the same Walgreens my daughter initially bought it it at? I still have my receipt. Please let me know as soon as possible.Thank You...

It's probably too late for a return to Walgreens, but you may still be covered by Conair's warranty. Warranties vary from product to product. Most personal care appliances carry a limited 1-year warranty (in the U.S. and Canada) for parts and labor. Others may carry a 2, 4, 5, or 10-year limited warranty. The instruction booklet that came with your appliance lists the warranty that applies to your unit. (Follow the link if you don't now have your booklet.)
To return your product under warranty, Conair says:
If your product is defective in workmanship or materials and it's still under warranty, send it to us and we will replace it for you free of charge. Our warranties go beyond most retail 30-day return policies and offer complete product replacement within the warranty period. Since warranties vary, you should refer to the product instruction booklet for additional details. We do not repair or replace products that are out of warranty. Please call or email us before you mail your product to make arrangements for a return.
