Your one-lever dispenser is for both ice and water. If you want to disable the dispensing of both ice and water, you can turn the ice maker off [see https://www.manualslib.com/manual/749438/Samsung-Rf28hm.html?page=23#manual]. Otherwise, the ice maker is enabled for both ice and water, but you are free to use it for ice only, as related and illustrated at the referenced page.
