Printer Stuck In Processing
Hi. My printer is stuck. The message shown on its screen is changing between "Processing and Waiting". All the drivers are updated, Printer spooling has been reset a few times. Printer has been removed and added and power cycled a few times but nothing seems to work. I can ping the printer from my PC but again can't print. What should I do?

It may be a corrupted print job that keeps trying to send. Disconnect the printer from the network (either by removing the ethernet cable or by disabling Wi-Fi) then power cycle the printer. Wait for the printer to come to ready -- if everything seems fine, reconnect the printer to the network and see if the Processing/Waiting message immediately returns. If so, there is a bad print job coming from somewhere that needs to be canceled.
