Hi, Ricoh only makes firmware downloads available to Ricoh-certified technicians, so you will need to contact your dealer or service provider to have your firmware upgraded. You can try finding firmware online and doing it yourself, but installing the firmware incorrectly can take out a circuit board, and if you have a service contract, you may void that contract by doing the firmware yourself.
