There's A Symbol On My Omron Intellisense Monitor That Doesn't Appear In Manual
It's in the top left corner and looks somewhat like a lightening symbol. It is in a black box to the left of the flashing time symbol. The symbol itself is also flashing.

What do the symbols mean on an Omron blood pressure cuff?
Heartbeat Symbol
The Heartbeat Symbol ( ) flashes at every heartbeat. When the measurement is complete, the Heartbeat Symbol ( ) flashes on the display with your blood pressure and pulse rate if the reading is above 135 for the Systolic Blood Pressure value and/or above 85 for the Diastolic Blood Pressure value.
What is the symbol for irregular heartbeat?
IHB symbol
If an irregular heartbeat occurs during the measurement, the IHB symbol is displayed. IHB does not replace a cardiac examination, but it serves to detect pulse irregularities at an early stage.
