Faces Frequently Appearing In 'friends' Box Timeline. Are They Browsing You?

Hi all! i have a question about the faces appearing in the "friends" box on one's Facebook timeline. i notice that some faces come up more persistently than others. i have a wide network that includes people i don't know a lot and with whom i don't communicate frequently. some of them still appear persistently in that box. is this an indication that they are interested in me? would this frequency result from an algoritmm that measures how often they browse my timeline? if that's so, i'd really appreciate confirmation. i am very happy of all this attention, and any info related to my question is also significant. thank you! namaste

Facebook has no way of retrieving who has browsed your profile, and if they did, they would be unable to divulge it due to privacy regulations.
