Coffee Brewer Will Not Brew

not sure what to do its making the sound but nothing is happening.i either need it to get fixed or replaced i seen that they have a 3 year warranty but i need a contactphone number that i can call and speak to someone that will either talk and guide me through to fix it or to speak to someone that can replace it.I dont have tye receipt anymore
