I Did Not Renew Avg. But I Was Charged $33.99. I Want That Amount Refunded.

Your AVG may be set to automatic subscription which makes it pay automatically using your registered credit card. You should contact the AVG company to discuss this issue and if refund is possible. Here is the contact page of AVG.
